The design brief for this home, was for a functional and modern home maximizing the picturesque sea views, but keeping build costs to a minimum. As this is located in a gated community, there were covenents to stick to as well! This 240m2 home was constructed with weatherboards as the exterior cladding, and shingle tiled roof. Once we lodged the plans at council, and were granted building consent, the build was completed in approximately 14 weeks.
