Gulf Harbour

Gulf Harbour

This luxury, executive home was built for clients who were living in the UK while we built. The architect who drew and helped project manage the project was Peter Beaumont. Built using concrete block with solid plaster, this luxury residence boasts six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym, three living areas and a lap pool overlooking the view. The site cut and foundations were tricky, as we had to remove excess amounts of fill to get a level building site. All the site work was done by ourselves using our own equipment. This beautiful home is now for sale and can be viewed here.

The design brief for this home, was for a functional and modern home maximizing the picturesque sea views, but keeping build costs to a minimum. As this is located in a gated community, there were covenents to stick to as well! This 240m2 home was constructed with weatherboards as the exterior cladding, and shingle tiled roof. Once we lodged the plans at council, and were granted building consent, the build was completed in approximately 14 weeks.

Designed by Bindon Design, this luxury home was built once an old bach was removed from the site. We had to excavate for the basement level which was constructed out of concrete block with suspended concrete floors to the second level. The exterior was plaster over brick and block with the front entrance out of schist for a feature wall. The home consisted of three bedrooms, three bathrooms plus guest room and ensuite. It also featured a formal lounge and dining, office and games room.

A 200m2 new home built for ourselves. Our design brief was four large bedrooms, a bathroom and ensuite, two living areas and a walk in scullery for the kitchen. There were some strict covenants to stick to on this project, so we had to work in closely with our architect- Jurardo Architects- to get it all correct!

This 100 year old villa was lifted from ground level to add another level underneath and then extensively renovated. Due to restrictions on historical buildings, we had to do the renovation while maintaining the exterior facade.
